By accessing or using Veyra ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Description of Service

Veyra is a personal movie and series tracking platform. It allows users to browse metadata, track watch progress, maintain watchlists, and rate titles. Veyra aggregates public metadata from The Movie Database (TMDB) and does not host or stream copyrighted content directly.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. User Content

When you submit reviews, ratings, or other content, you grant Veyra a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, store, and distribute that content within the Service. You retain ownership of your content and may delete it at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Automate data collection without written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Veyra. Movie and TV metadata is provided by TMDB under their terms of use. Veyra is not affiliated with or endorsed by TMDB.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We are not responsible for the accuracy of metadata sourced from third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veyra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
